Do I need to be home?
Most clients are home. You just need to provide access to your dog and safe parking for the van. Some groomers can work if you step out briefly.
Can you handle anxious or senior dogs?
Yes. The quiet, 1-on-1 environment works well for nervous dogs. Senior/special needs grooms include extra time, breaks, orthopedic mats, and low-stress handling.
What if my dog is matted?
De-matting charged at $25/15 min. Severe matting may require shave-down — we always call first to discuss options and price.
