2. How much does mobile grooming cost?

Pricing depends on your dog’s breed, size, coat condition, and the service selected. As a general guide, full grooms are priced by size: $65 for extra-small dogs (under 10 lb), $79 small (10 to 20 lb), $105 medium (20 to 45 lb), $139 large (45 to 75 lb) and $179 extra-large (75 lb and up). Nail trims are $25, bath and brush runs $55 to $95 by size, and senior or special-needs grooms are $89 to $129. Heavy matting is quoted before we start, and there is no travel fee. 3. How long does a grooming session take?

A full groom typically takes 60 to 120 minutes, depending on the breed and coat condition. Nail trims take about 10 to 15 minutes, and bath-and-brush visits about 45 to 60 minutes. We never rush – your dog’s comfort and safety always come first.

4. Do I need to be home during the appointment?

Not necessarily! Many clients provide us with access to their yard, garage, or side gate and go about their day. We’ll text you when we’re finished and your freshly groomed pup is ready to come inside.

5. Is mobile grooming safe for senior dogs?

Absolutely. In fact, mobile grooming is often the best option for senior dogs. The familiar environment reduces stress, and we can take breaks as needed. Senior sessions are kept shorter and gentler, with rest breaks whenever your dog needs them. Senior and special-needs grooms are $89 to $129. Read more about senior dog grooming.

6. What products do you use?

We use premium, hypoallergenic, and eco-friendly grooming products that are safe for your pet and the environment.

7. How often should I have my dog groomed?

Most dogs benefit from grooming every 4 to 8 weeks, depending on breed and coat type.

8. What if my dog is anxious or aggressive?

We have experience working with dogs of all temperaments. Our patient, gentle approach helps anxious dogs relax over time, and with one dog at a time in a quiet van there are no other dogs to set them off. Dogs that are reactive or have a bite history are accepted case by case after a short phone screen. A muzzle may be used for everyone’s safety, and if a groom would not be safe for your dog or the groomer, we will tell you honestly and decline. More on grooming anxious dogs.

9. Do you groom cats?

While we primarily serve dogs, we do offer basic grooming services for cats on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss your cat’s needs.

10. What areas do you serve?

We groom dogs across Metro Vancouver: Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, New Westminster, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Surrey (including Surrey Central, Fleetwood and Cloverdale), South Surrey, White Rock, Langley (including Walnut Grove), Delta, Ladner and Tsawwassen. See our Service Areas page for full details.

11. Do you groom puppies?

Yes. We groom puppies from 12 weeks of age, once they have had their first vaccines. A puppy’s first visits are kept short and positive so they learn that grooming is calm and safe. Our puppy nail trims are a good first step.

12. Is there a travel fee?

No. There is no travel fee anywhere in our service area. The price you are quoted is the price you pay, apart from heavy matting, which we quote before we start.

13. What does a full groom include?

Every full groom includes a bath, blow-dry, haircut, nail trim and grind, ear cleaning, sanitary trim and paw pad trim. We hand-dry every dog; there are no cage dryers.

14. How do I book, and what are your hours?

Call or text (778) 807-7627 or request a quote online. Tell us your dog’s breed, size and coat condition and we confirm the price before we arrive. We groom Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday, 8 AM to 7 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
